Summary of thesis | In my project I am going to use the DNA origami technique to position nanoparticles with different degrees of optically distorting properties (e.g. size, shape and material) and organic fluorophores with nanometric precision and stoichiometric control. I will employ computational modeling and various fluorescence techniques including super-resolution and time resolved fluorescence microscopy to study coupling, localization accuracy, fluorescence life-time and intensity of the emitters. |
